• LOFT Buyer Agent

  $100K+ first year

  Full time · Licensed

  If you are an enthusiastic, full-time Licensed Real Estate Sales Representative having 1–2 years Real Estate Sales experience and a passion for LOFTS, let's talk! All the tools for your success including in the field training, sales leads and business management will be provided. First year commission remuneration range of $100K+, with no additional expenses (e.g. desk fees, franchise fees etc.), can be expected.

• LOFT Rental Agent

  $75K immediate income

  Full time · Newly licensed

  Have you recently earned your Real Estate License and started working full time as a Real Estate Sales Representative? If you love LOFTS and would like immediate and consistent commission income, while learning the business from the ground up, then our full time LOFT Rental Agent position may be just for you. We provide all leads and training, with no additional expenses. Hit the ground running by earning $75K in immediate income, while gaining invaluable product, market and business experience as a Toronto LOFTS Rental Agent!

• Part-time Office Admin Assistant

  Weekends required

  Part time · Office

  Must be available to work weekends and the occasional weekday. Duties and responsibilities include: greeting incoming clients, booking appointments, answering incoming calls and e-mail inquiries, preparing various forms/documents/reports and other duties as assigned. Required skills: minimum one year office experience, excellent phone/interpersonal/customer service skills, strong work ethic and proficient in Microsoft Office.
